Once in your fermenter , pitch your yeast (I used American wheat beer yeast)and seal up your fermenter . I like to put my fermenter on a stir plate at this point but it’s not necessary . Ferment at 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 days then bottle or keg according to your preference . I carbonated mine using corn sugar dissolved in boiling water per 5 gallons bottled but you can also force carbonate if you’re kegging . Enjoy !
